Instructions for students
Candidates are instructed to fill all their requisite information online very carefully to avoid the insertion of wrong information. Names with correct spelling and manner (as per testimonial) should be inserted online.

Instructions for filling the Registration Form online:

After filling the form online the candidate should tick on declarations.

The candidate will make payment towards the requisite Fee online by Clicking on “Pay”

After making payment successfully online, the Downloadable “Registration Form” will be generated in pdf format.

The candidates have to download the Registration Form and have to take the Print Out of the same.
The hard Copy Documents to be submitted to the Registrar Office by the candidate:

1. The Downloaded Registration Form duly signed by the Candidate.
2. Original Migration Certificate (where applicable).
3. Self attested photocopies of:-
    (i) All Final marksheets and Certificates (10th Std. onwards).
    (ii) Certificate (as proof of Date of Birth).
    (iii) Caste Certificate (Except General Category).
    (iv) Aadhar Card.
    (v) PH Certificate (If applicable).
    (vi) Blood Group Report.
    (vii) Marriage Registered Certificate (if applicable).
4. Copy of online Fees Payment Receipt duly signed by the candidate.
N.B. If any candidate fails to take printout of the filled-in Registration form, he/she will be able to reprint the same using the Application No, automatically generated and sent to the candidate's email id.
